Bug description:
Current version of the vif driver of Ryu plugin is inheriting
nova.virt.libvirt.vif.LibvirtOpenVswitchDriver. It is not compatible with Nova
Security Groups.
In Folsom, LibvirtHybridOVSBridgeDriver was added to allow OVS plugin to be
compatible with Nova Security Groups. So vif driver of Ryu plugin should follow
LibvirtHybridOVSBridgeDriver to allow Security Groups.
