I have neutron v.Rocky and i'm upgrading it to Stein.
When i'm running "neutron-db-manage upgrade --expand" command, i get error:
pymysql.err.InternalError: (1005, 'Can\'t create table
`neutron`.`portuplinkstatuspropagation` (errno: 150 "Foreign key constraint is
incorrectly formed")')
