Bug description:
Ironic grenade is broken on master with DHCP timeouts when booting
nodes on Rocky. It is probably caused by q-dhcp going down:

dsvm/6ad6388/logs/screen-q-dhcp.txt.gz#_Sep_14_18_32_27_656143. Which,
in turn, may be caused by the eventlet bump.
