Public bug reported:
Can't change the description/name/visibility/... of an image after it
has been created.
It can be done via the command line : openstack image set fedora-
coreos33-x86_64 --public --name new_name
But from the dashboard it cannot be done since the "Update" button stays
disabled.
I am logged in as admin in the dashboard.
