Description

Currently my VM is in state Error after trying to resize to a new plan. The
reason for the resizing is that the VM currently is out of space and does not
allow any command.
Steps to reproduce
==================
1. On the lunanode dashboard, hit Resize, and moved from m2 plan to m4.
2. An error popped up on top: "(ClientException) Unexpected API error" and the
VM is now in Error state.
3. On the console logs I can only see the following message:
{"itemNotFound": {"message": "Instance 03ad8c69-7e33-4fa0-8e9d-9c63d4905fae
could not be found.", "code": 404}}
