1.glance with cinder backend，
2.when i download an image，the volume_api.attachment_update operation raise an
error(when i delete the volume in backend storage, the error will occurs)
3.there is a residual volume attachment and the volume status is reserved, i
can not delete the image for the volume status is not correct
