Public bug reported: In https://docs.openstack.org/glance/yoga/install/install-ubuntu.html it is not clear whether oslo_limit is required and the example does not explain concepts such as MY_SERVICE and ENDPOINT_ID adequately. I have read the oslo.limits docs and I am still no wiser.
