[api-ref] Make api parameters more meaningful

Bug description:
Our api-ref in neutron-lib repo now should be made the different
parameters more meaningful.
Such as :
The "status" "status_1" ... "status_10", these parameters is not friendly.
Also "shared_X" and so on.
So we should correct them with some worthly parameter name.
