i build openstack yoga cluster: 3 node control, 2 node network, 2 node compute.
i create network and router success.
i create Instance and ping to external network
- when use floating ip: ok
- without floating ip: packer respond is duplicate ubuntu@msql:~$ ping 1.1.1.1
