Public bug reported:
I'm using openstack installed with kolla-ansible (master branch,
installed a few weeks ago). I have member role on a project called proj1
and domain called users. I created an application credential with
unrestricted usage. But when I use that in the openstack-cli to list
servers corresponding to my account, it returns 403 error. Openstack-cli
works perfectly with username and password
