Hi,
The physical_network in the network configuration can only be managed with
admin privileges
Although I agree with this authority, there are cases where physical_network
distinction is required when creating a tenant network.
For example, if you have multiple physical network providers of the vlan
type and need separate service use, your administrator must make all the
distinctions
To increase availability, administrators must be able to provide distinct
offerings, such as availability zones
Please use availability_zone to help distinguish physical_network
