When a user is trying to deploy a stack, in a project and it took about 30
minutes and eventually entered state CREATE_FAILED. The reason_status shows
Resource CREATE failed: ClientException: resources.server: Unexpected API
Error. Please report this at http://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/ and attach the
Nova API log if possible. <class 'nova.exception.GlanceConnectionFailed'>
