Public bug reported: Since [1], any new OVN router has a service provider configuration. This is something not present in OVN routers created before this functionality.
When we try to delete a "old" OVN router, this is the exception received: [3]. The associated ``ProviderResourceAssociation`` register in missing for those OVN routers created before this feature.
