Openstack version: 2024.2 Dalmatian
After disabling Admin State for the network, instances are still
reachable, and ports for this network are still in "Admin State = True".
Although, after clicking on Network properties we can see that Admin
State for this network has status "Unknown" (see attachments).
What can cause the problem? There are no any error messages in neutron
on httpd logs.
