Public bug reported:
If we have in neutron.conf:
[DEFAULT]
debug=True
use_json=True
just right after neutron-bgp-agent goes into RPC: get_bgp_speakers()
then the daemon dies, and never logs anything. It then shows with status
XXX in the Alive column when doing an "openstack network agent list
--agent-type bgp".
