Yes. See my previous note "Bumped Off Messenger", note 2479 and responses. Hopefully you are just getting logged off with a note that you logged on elsewhere when you didn't. Logging back on automagically is another question.
I suspect it has something to do with operation behind a (corporate) firewall and/or a Yahoo! "feature". $
