If you have tried to log in to your address, and have tried to have yahoo send you a new password by sending them the data you used to sign up for messenger, then two things are or have happened. Someone has that name on auto kill, which could let you log in for a second, then bam you're gone, or someone stole that name from you and changed the information, and in that case its gone. Yahoo will NOT give you back your account unless you can provide them with the birthday, zip code and email used when signing up.
