He may have cracked your account at one time before you changed your password, and copied your friends list. And then won't need to look at it again. If you think that he is looking at your friends list even when you added someone let's say yesterday, then either he continues to crack your account, or you have what's called a key logger on your computer.
First. I suggest when you change your password that you mix letters and numbers, for example: s3c8h3d8le These types of passwords are harder to crack. Secondly, I would search the internet (google) look for a keylog checker. A key logger is a program that is on your computer that records all your key strokes, and send them back to a specific user.
