LOL Why would someone want to answer with a simple NO, if they don't
know the answer to the question?  What if the answer to the question
was YES, or what if someone just didn't know the answer, or what if
people were on vacation, or just busy with their real life, and
working, etc.  Hmmmm

You'd think that when you got NO answer at all, that would have been
the same as people just dont' know.
