I'm not sure what you mean, but the account still exists, it's just that someone has probably taken it by cracking your password, then changed the password on it.
You can try going to yahoo, and if you remember the data you used, try to get the password sent back to you, but only if you remember the data you used to open the account. If you dont' know that data, and you are unable to supply the correct password, I'm afraid you're out of luck, and someone has stolen your account. But try yahoo.
