Please advise a few things. 1. What is your processor speed running at before you try to run launch. To do this hold down the ctrl, alt and delete keys, and your task manager will pop up. At the bottom of the box is a % number. Tell me what that number is. It will fluxuate, but just give me a range. 2. In that same box, how many process are running? 3. How do you connect to the internet? Dial-up, dsl, cable, t-1, t3??? Please let me know, and we'll try to help.
