Bobby, in some newer version of messenger the option to "Join user in chat" was removed, or was hidden so well with the drop down menu's that no one can find them.
First know that you can still join a room that is listed, by click the chat icon, bu if you want to "join user", then I need to know what version you're on. Keep in mind that you can still type in these functions (which I do all the time because its so much easier). If you are in a room already, you would just type in the room box the follows: /join 30's Love:20 you need the slash and join with no spaces, then just type the name of the room. Same goes for following a user but you would do it like this: /goto Netti There are many commands like that, that you can just type in. But back to your original question... let me know if you are trying to join a user? or join a room from a list.
