It may be hyperthreading bug. See:

and turn off Hyperthreading in Bios.

Hyperthreading makes one CPU look like 2 and its not quite the same as a
dual core chip so code that works fine on 1 CPU may need tweaking to run in
Hyperthread, and on Dual Cores, and the Yahoo low level tech support and
consumers do not know why.

Code that works fine on 1 CPU with => hyperthreading off <= may not work
fine on Dual Cores or 1 CPU with hyperthreading on. And it may be fixed in a
future YM.

I would love to know if Hyperthreading off fixes your issue or not. I know
it fixed mine even when I had no webcam at all in play.
