Custom status messages are stored in the Windows Registry under your own profile ID. Click "Run…" in the start menu, type regedit, press Enter, then find the registry entries here and delete them. My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Yahoo\pager\profiles\<your profile ID>\Custom Msgs
