That kind of information, just like your list of friends, is stored on Yahoo
Servers.  

The only information from Yahoo Messenger that is stored on your computer is
the actual program and then your settings and if you have YM set to archive
your chats, etc.

You should probably just re-add the rooms to your favorite rooms.  Maybe
Yahoo got rid of those rooms completely or it could just be a glitch on
Yahoo Servers.  Just re-add them if they still exist.
