I'm not sure if you sent this message directly to me or to the group
so I'm
replying to you and adding the groups email address also so maybe
someone in
the group might be able to help you. I do not know anything about
using YM
on a mobile phone. I know it's an available service but it's not
something
        I use.

I'm not sure if your mobile service provider told you to contact us
or to
contact Yahoo. This is not Yahoo. This is an internet forum of YM
users
who are here to try and help folks get their YM working. I haven't
seen a
lot of YM Mobile issues raised here but maybe someone would know
what to do.

Have you tried uninstalling YM Mobile from your phone and then
re-downloading it? A bad download with missing .dll files is one of
the
primary reasons when YM doesn't work properly on regular PC's but
I'm not
        sure on Mobile devices.
