I have e-mailed Yahoo, and don't worry, I won't hold my breath.  I 
did delete messenger and reloaded it again, still having problems.  
Also when I do have gone into chat rooms as soon as I get out of 
them, my messenger shuts down.   And after all that, I am still 
logged in that darn chat room.  The im's are driving me crazy.  I can 
set it to ignore anyone on my list, but it still pops up invites to 
let me them add me to their list.  I'm beginning to think there is 
something in my computer that isn't working well with Yahoo.
