Are the rest of your online programs working OK? Are you sure it's not a internet connection problem? What country are you in? It could simply be Yahoo doing server maintenance on the servers serving your area. It happens to various geographic regions of the USA on a regular basis. Check with other people in your area or state your area here so other members can chime in.
