Middle column, half way down the page, click Full Service Scan button. You'll have to allow it to download an active-x applet to get it started. DO NOT agree to download the trial version or buy this... it's not needed. Just bookmark the page and run the full scan once a week or so to help keep your computer cleaned up. Many spywares/viruses that get onto a computer will go into your own security programs and either add them to an ignore list or disable your computer security completely. If that doesn't fix it, then we can move on to other steps. What are your Avast and SpyHunter scans coming up with?
