You should probably call Yahoo directly at one of these numbers... start with the toll-free 866 number unless you have free long distance as most do nowadays. If you aren't in the USA, let me know where you are and I have the info for other countries as well. I had to call them on something else recently and pressed zero after trying to navigate through their voicemail service for five minutes and never finding the right department.
