You need to answer my questions to my previous reply, to your other post about your problems, before I can give you step-by-step instructions. Of course, if you've read my previous reply by now, you should have found my blog article which goes into detail on how to uninstall YM and then do a clean install of a freshly downloaded full version from one of the alternative download sites that I mention... DO NOT DOWNLOAD YM FROM YAHOO'S WEBSITE as that only downloads a small installer program which then has to go through a lot of steps to download the rest of YM and often, a firewall or other security programs will block one part of these other steps which then results in a BAD install with lots of problems.
