I have been using YM for several years to stay in touch and talk with my family. We have had different versions from each other but very few problems. I am trying to help them upgrade to YM 9 as they have the older versions of YM 6. The upgrade begins fine and progresses to 99% and then stops. I have had them try several times now and the same thing happens. I don't know if they should uninstall the older version of YM and then try to reinstall the YM 9 or if there is some other way to get the upgrade to work. I appreciate your help.
