[Y!M] Need help installing yahoo messenger

Everytime I download messenger, it downloads fine. But, when I try to install 
it pops up (Incorrect command line parameters windows installer v2.00.2600.0) 
and will not install. Then I get a C:\Program 
Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\YahooMessenger.exe  This application configuration is 
incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. Like I said I 
have deleted and reuploaded it several times with the same results. Any help 
will be greatfully accepted.
