- Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.8 (no changes needed)
- VCS-Browser changed to use https
* d/rules: drop explicit "-std=c++11" compilation flags, not needed anymore
* d/patches:
- Add fix-ftbfs-boost1.61.patch to fix FTBFS with Boost 1.61
