splint (3.1.2.dfsg1-3) unstable; urgency=medium
* Orphan the package since the maintainer is MIA.
* Switch to a git packaging repository (instead of SVN).
* Simplify debian/rules by using "dh". Thus indirectly
implement the build-arch/build-indep target. Closes: #822024
* Clean up dependencies.
* Switch to 3.0 (quilt) source format and update patches accordingly.
* Add Chris Lamb's patch to make the build reproducible. Closes: #797254
* Update some patches to work on configure.ac and not only configure.
* Update 05_html_docs_css.patch to drop sourceforge logo link too.
* Update Standards-Version to 3.9.8.
