I have:
* an art-themed Saturday
* included almost all the abstracts that were submitted (the talks
I heard about but didn't receive abstracts for are marked with ???)
* a mix of waffle ("managing Perl") and tech ("mmap"), with the
weight on tech
* had to scale down some of the talks (received a lot of last-minute
45-minute or longer talk offers, the talks that will have to be
shorter than were proposed are marked as "originally long")
I don't have:
* enough tutorials for Saturday (I can do "Very Advanced Perl" or
reprise my "Seven Steps" tutorial from YAPC::NA, but others should
get a chance before I jump in)
* all the lightning talk slots filled
* any idea what Lenzo means by "poster session" and whether he needs
a room or when or for what
* BOFs
* book-signings
* guru sessions
Let me know if it looks like I've made some drastic cockups on the
schedule. I would like to begin notifying speakers (and contacting
those I don't have email addresses for) before Monday.
