Booking                 Probably better if you do the booking so we know
                        for certain that my rooms become a part of the group
                        booking.

        A week or so after you do the booking and give them my details I will
ring them and feed them my credit card details.  (I'd provide them now but
I am waiting for a replacement credit card for the one that I lost).
