As a side note, we are in the process of setting up a European
branch of YAS. The main purpose of this organization will be to
reduce the number of things organizers have to worry about each
year. One of the things we intend to do is have mailing lists which
remain the same every year. All this should be in effect well
before YAPC::Eu 2004, although that isn't much good for this year.

As a side note, a 'call for organization' will be published soon
(I'm not sure where it'll be posted, so if you want to be sure you
don't miss it, drop me a mail and I'll forward it to you),
with information for parties interested in organizing Y::E 2004.
