Mongeurs, I've secured some Cisco gear that can be used for the conference. We will have a wireless base station and at least one hub/switch available. Whatever we need for this conference should probably be obtainable. Unfortunately, I will not personally be able to be there to install it since I cannot make it for the first day of the conference.
Can someone from Mongeurs please take responsibility for this equipment (and it's return afterwards?) and contact me? We'll find out what's really needed, and I will have it configured and shipped to you directly, and then I will probably be able to pick it up at the end of the conference. If it turns out that I cannot be there at the end of the conference, then you can either send it back to our office in Brussels, or drop it off at the Cisco office at Issy-Val-de-Seine.
