This is part of YARN-613.
Here AM will receive AMNMToken in allocate call only if
* AM is receiving first container on underlying NM. (Exception. if RM has
restarted in between then it will receive it again for work preserving
environment).
This AMNMToken will be used for AM-NM authentication; however this will be
implemented in another ticket. AM will have to remember this token for
communicating with NM.
