[http://dev01:8088/ws/v1/cluster/metrics] provides {{availableMB, allocatedMB,
reservedMB, totalMB}}. This information is not available in JMX data of
{{Hadoop:service=ResourceManager,name=ClusterMetrics}}.
Default REST data should be made available in JMX also.
