The YARN scheduler simulator failed when running Fair Scheduler. This is
because the new introduced AbstractYarnScheduler used for HA in YARN-1041. The
ResourceSchedulerWrapper should inherit AbstractYarnScheduler, instead of
implementing ResourceScheduler interface directly.
