Browsing the webUI as a different user than the one who ran an MR job, I click
into host:8088/cluster/app/<application id>, then the "logs" link. This
redirects to the NM, but since I don't have permissions it prints out:
bq. Failed redirect for container_1394482121761_0010_01_000001
bq. Failed while trying to construct the redirect url to the log server. Log
Server url may not be configured
bq. Container does not exist.
It'd be nicer to print something about permissions instead.
