Capacity has two ways to allocate resources: 1. allocate when receive the node update heartbeat; 2. allocate by using AsyncScheduleThread;
It is controlled by scheduleAsynchronously parameter, actually it is false by default, which means that capacity use the first allocate method. Is there any reason to use the AsyncScheduleThread or any cases can benefit this design? -- *Regards,* *Zhaojie*
