In the class 'WindowsResourceCalculatorPlugin.java' of the YARN project, there 
is an unused variable for CPU frequency.

" /** {@inheritDoc} */
  @Override
  public long getCpuFrequency() {
    refreshIfNeeded();
    return -1;       
  }"

Please change '-1' to use 'cpuFrequencyKhz'.
