Summary: Progress bar in WebUI does not work

On the main cluster status web-page (hostname:8088/cluster)
progress bar in "Progress" column always shown filled in dark grey (as 100%
completed).
Though when I click on ApplicationMaster link in "Tracking UI" column, "Map
progress" progress bar is correctly filled reflecting current job status.
In 2.4.1 there were no such a problem.
I am attaching 2 screenshots to illustrate this.
