Can someone review YARN-4169, jenkins trunk+java build failed in TestNodeStatusUpdaterForLabels
it's failing in Jenkins, there's a patch submitted, but it's not for code & tests that I understand well enough to be confident the patch is good. if someone else can review it, even with a non-binding vote, I'd be grateful
