Hi folks Just wanted to update folks here that I have created a feature branch for YARN-1011. The plan is for all changes to be reviewed before commit.
The design is still in progress - going through iterations based on discussion on the JIRA. The changes interim would be on setting up the structure for over-subscription. If the design warrants any changes, those would be made before merge to trunk. Thanks Karthik
