CapacitySchedulerQueueInfo can have information such as
- capacity for root queue
- CapacitySchedulerHealthInfo
- CapacitySchedulerQueueInfoList (field is present)
This ticket will address to add missing informations to
CapacitySchedulerQueueInfo.
