Comments on YARN-4757 indicate that, in addition to the primary server to YARN
DNS service zone request forwarding implementation currently suggested, it may
be appropriate to also offer the ability to configure the DNS service as a
master server that can support zone transfers to slaves. Some other features
that are related and should be examined are:
- DNS NOTIFY
- AXFR
- IXFR
